Shipping Policy

Pineapple Sunshine ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS, UPS or FedEx from Richmond, Virginia. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days, starting the day after the order has been placed and depending on what day you purchased.  For example, Thursday night orders may not go out until Monday.  International orders will be based on destination and weight and calculated accordingly. 

PLEASE NOTE: www.pineapplesunshine.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If an order is returned to Pineapple Sunshine because of an incorrect shipping address, our customer service team will be in contact with the customer. Customers will be charged an $8 fee for re-shipment of their item(s). Please be sure to double check all information before confirming your orders!
